VeriVenta manual: from the zip to your first signed invoice

Everything you need to get your store complying with Verifactu: install the module, connect the signature and read what happens with each invoice. If something does not add up, reply to your licence email (purchase or trial) or write to support@aiprocessia.com: our assistant answers within minutes.

1. Requirements

2. Installation (2 minutes)

PrestaShop

  1. Back office → Modules → Module Manager → Upload a module and drop the PrestaShop zip.
  2. Press Configure when it finishes.

WooCommerce

  1. Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and choose the WooCommerce zip. Activate.
  2. Open the VeriVenta settings in the WooCommerce menu.

3. Connecting the signature: your licence, your tax details and one button

On first run the module guides you through a wizard. In step 1 you paste your licence key (VERI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and fill in your tax details: tax ID, legal name, address, post code, town and province. Press «Connect and register my store» and that is it: registration on the signing platform is automatic and takes less than a minute — your environment, your signer with its certificate and the point of sale are created without you requesting, waiting for or pasting any API key. After that you only choose the store's invoice series (each store signs with its own series).

From then on, every new sale goes out signed, chained and submitted to the AEAT in real time, with its VERI*FACTU QR printed on the invoice PDF and in the customer email.

Manual configuration with API keys still exists, collapsed as an advanced option inside the wizard. You do not need it: it is there for support cases.

The signature never blocks your checkout. If the signing platform does not respond at the moment of sale, the order proceeds and the invoice is queued: the module retries on its own and you will see it move to «Registered with the AEAT» as soon as it goes through.

4. If you are on the free trial

If you came in through the free trial, this manual applies just the same: same zips, same wizard, a licence key in the same format. Only one thing changes, and it matters:

During the trial the module signs against fiskaly's test environment, so the invoices you issue have NO legal or tax validity and do not make you compliant before the Spanish tax agency (AEAT). The trial is there to let you see it working with your store and your real orders; to actually comply you need to subscribe.

5. Day to day: the status indicator

There is nothing to «send to the tax agency» by hand: the module does it at the moment of sale and stores each record's result.

6. Refunds and cancellations

When you issue a refund (full or partial), the module automatically generates the corrective invoice, with its own series, and submits it like the rest. AEAT confirmation of a corrective invoice can take a little longer (up to a minute): you will see it as «Pending» and then «Registered». The refund is never blocked by the signature.

7. Pausing issuance

The «Pause issuance» button temporarily stops signing new invoices (for example, during a migration). Sales from that period are queued and issued on resume. Use it only if you know why: while paused, the store is not submitting.

8. Troubleshooting

I have no «connection details» for the signature. Should I wait for them?

There is nothing to wait for: connection details are no longer sent. With your licence key (VERI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and your tax details, the module itself registers your store on the signing platform in under a minute. If you lost the key, it is in your licence email — the purchase one or the trial one; if you cannot find it, write to support@aiprocessia.com.

I am on the trial: are these invoices valid for the tax agency?

No. During the trial the module signs in fiskaly's test environment: the invoice is signed and looks the same, but it has no legal or tax validity and does not make you compliant before the AEAT. On subscribing, the same licence switches to live with nothing to reinstall, and from that moment they do count.

An invoice has been «Queued» for hours

The module retries on its own and nothing is lost (records are chained in order). If it goes beyond a few hours, write to us: we will look at it.

What about orders placed before the installation?

Verifactu applies from your start date (1 Jan 2027 companies, 1 Jul 2027 self-employed) onwards. The module signs what the store issues from the moment you connect it.

Do I have to renew or maintain anything?

No: module updates are included in the subscription and download from your permanent link. Renewal is yearly and we notify you at least one month in advance with the amount.

What if I change theme or update the store?

The module does not touch your theme or your checkout; it survives changes. After a major PrestaShop/WooCommerce update, open the settings once and check the connection is still green.
