FactuSign: your store complies with Verifactu, invoice by invoice and in real time

FactuSign by Softnet is the Verifactu module for PrestaShop (8.0–9.x) and WooCommerce: it signs every invoice, chains it with SHA-256 hashes and submits it to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT) in real time, with its VERI*FACTU QR code visible on the PDF and in the email. Tested end to end against the AEAT (official sandbox environment), with real REGISTERED records and CSV receipts.

"Signing NEVER blocks your checkout: if anything fails, the sale goes through and the submission retries on its own."

What FactuSign does in your store

You install the module, connect it and forget about it: every sale goes out already compliant, without changing how you work or touching your theme.

Compliance · AEAT

Signs, chains and submits in real time

Every invoice is signed, chained to the previous one with SHA-256 hashes and submitted to the AEAT on the spot. The VERI*FACTU QR code is visible on the invoice PDF and in the email your customer receives.

Reliability · Tested

Tested end to end against the AEAT

Not a promise: it has been tested against the AEAT's official sandbox environment, with real REGISTERED records and CSV receipts. And the manufacturer's declaration of compliance is always included.

Sales · No risk

Your checkout, untouchable

Signing NEVER blocks your checkout: if anything fails, the sale goes through and the submission retries on its own. A retry queue makes sure no invoice is left behind.

The dates are firm — and the fine is very real

If you invoice with software — and your PrestaShop or WooCommerce store does — Verifactu applies to you. These are the only dates that matter:

1 · Jan · 2027
Companies

Every company that invoices with software must do so with a compliant system.

1 · Jul · 2027
Self-employed

Six months later, the obligation reaches self-employed workers.

€50,000
Fine per fiscal year

For using non-compliant invoicing software. Don't leave it for December.

Why FactuSign and not another

What it feels like from the back office

Designed so the person running the store can operate it — not a technician: everything in plain sight, with buttons that do what they say.

Connection wizard

You connect in 3 guided steps. No config files, no console.

Status traffic light

In the order list you see at a glance which invoices are submitted and which are pending.

Per-order detail

Each order with its AEAT CSV receipt and a retry button, in case you want to force it yourself.

Automatic corrective invoices

You issue a credit or a refund and the corrective invoice goes out on its own, also compliant.

Retry queue

If the AEAT or the network fails, the queue retries on its own until it gets through. You do nothing.

FactuSign or your ERP? It depends on where you invoice from

We won't sell you the module if it's not what you need. The rule is simple:

No ERP

Do you invoice from the store?

Then FactuSign is your solution: your own PrestaShop or WooCommerce store issues compliant invoices and submits them to the AEAT in real time.

With ERP

Do you have an ERP (GoldenSoft…)?

Then the right approach is for your ERP to report to the AEAT — and we connect your store to it, without breaking your SEO.

Store ↔ ERP integration →

And later · B2B e-invoicing

Electronic invoicing (Crea y Crece)

Mandatory B2B e-invoicing is expected in phases from October 2027 (timeline pending final confirmation). FactuSign will evolve on the same platform: what you invest today keeps its value tomorrow.

Frequently asked questions

Am I required to comply with Verifactu? Since when?

If you invoice with software — and your online store does — then yes. The firm dates are: companies from 1 January 2027 and self-employed workers from 1 July 2027. Companies under the SII and the chartered territories (TicketBAI) are out of scope, and Word/Excel without macros does not count as an invoicing system according to the AEAT. All cases in the guide “Who must comply, and from when?”.

What happens if I don't comply?

Using non-compliant invoicing software carries a fine of €50,000 per fiscal year. It is not a symbolic penalty: it is the reason to get this solved before December 2026.

Is there an invoice limit?

No. Truly unlimited invoices: we don't charge by volume tiers. Whether you issue 50 or 50,000 invoices a month, the price is the same.

Who bears the software compliance responsibility?

The manufacturer's declaration of compliance is ALWAYS included: the certified invoicing system belongs to fiskaly Iberia SL (B44752210), an authorised collaborator (colaborador social) with the AEAT — you take on no manufacturer risk.

What about TicketBAI?

TicketBAI is included at no extra cost depending on your regional (foral) territory.

What if I already have an ERP?

Then the right approach is for your ERP (GoldenSoft…) to report to the AEAT and we connect your store to it, without breaking your SEO. FactuSign is for merchants who invoice from the store itself, with no ERP.
