2. Data we process and how we obtain it
This website has no user area and no online purchasing process. The personal data we process is the data that the data subject provides when contacting us by email through the contact links on the site: typically their email address, their name and whatever information they choose to include in their message (for example, details of their company or of their enquiry).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling enquiries and requests for information received by email: replying to the data subject, advising them on the group's solutions and, where applicable, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent implicit in sending the enquiry itself (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
We do not use the data to send unsolicited commercial communications, we do not make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning data subjects, and we do not carry out profiling.
4. Recipients
The data is hosted on the systems of our web hosting provider:
- Hostinger — website hosting.
No data is disclosed to third parties, except where required by law (for example, to public authorities or courts where the applicable legislation so requires).
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, if it leads to a business relationship, for the duration of that relationship and the statutory limitation periods for legal liability. Enquiries that do not lead to any relationship are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.
6. Rights of data subjects
Any data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, data portability and restriction of processing, and may withdraw their consent at any time, by contacting:
- Email: info@softnet.es, indicating the right they wish to exercise.
- Post: Softnet Sistemas S.L., Av. del Euro, nave 32 (P.I. Atalayas), 03114 Alicante, Spain.
In order to process the request we may ask the data subject to prove their identity. We will respond within the time limits laid down by the applicable legislation.
7. Complaints to the supervisory authority
If a data subject considers that the processing of their data does not comply with the applicable legislation, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain, www.aepd.es. We would nevertheless appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concern directly first.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk in order to protect the personal data processed, and we require equivalent guarantees from our service providers.
